Import-ready files for QuickBooks Online, for the month shown above — both clinics, with the clinic as QBO Class (run "Profit & Loss by Class" for per-location results). The EMR stays the revenue ledger; QuickBooks keeps the books.
Upload the QBO Product/Service List (Reports → Product/Service List → Export CSV). The EMR compares QBO prices with this month's invoice lines and lists mismatches — a quick reconciliation for Irene.

A steroid implant can raise the intraocular pressure for months. This question must be answered before a suggestion is produced.
Tap a scan to select it — with two or more the change over time is assessed. Uploaded scans are selected automatically. Newest first.
The scan attached to an injection is the one taken immediately before it — so the scan on injection 2 shows what injection 1 achieved. All of them are sent to the analysis in order.
Suggestions follow the AAO Preferred Practice Pattern and the DOG / RG / BVA statements. Where the two differ, the answer says so.
The rule check above is deterministic and always applies. The AI adds the reasoning, the interval and the follow-up plan. Both are a suggestion for the treating physician — the decision, the indication and the consent remain with you.
Reference summaries for daily use. They do not replace your own judgement in the individual patient.
CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or another record system. Comma, semicolon or tab are all recognised.
A FHIR bundle as JSON. Patients, conditions, observations and document references are read; observations of a patient are gathered into one imported visit.
A monthly look at completeness. Keep the exported file — a certified system has to show that these checks are done regularly.
The facility code identifies this clinic in national systems and is carried in every export. The retention period is used by the data quality check.
A second lock on your account: after the password, sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Apple Passwords). Even a stolen password is then useless.
Restrict who can open the Finance section. One sign-in e-mail per line. While the list is empty, Finance stays open for everyone (feature off). As soon as it contains at least one e-mail, only those accounts see the Finance tab. Don't forget to include your own e-mail! Requires the admin PIN and one-time SQL section 51.
For when a team member has forgotten their sign-in password. Enter their sign-in e-mail and a new password — the change takes effect immediately and signs them out everywhere, so they log in fresh with the new password. Requires the admin PIN. One-time setup: run SQL section 47 (the server refuses without it and without a server-side PIN from section 46).
Suggested WHO ICD-10 codes for the clinic's diagnosis list. Correct anything that does not match your coding practice — the correction applies for the whole team and is used in every export from then on.
Code and description in any order, separated by space, comma, semicolon or tab. Entries that already exist are left untouched — nothing is overwritten.
A FHIR bundle can be read by any modern record system. Keep a copy for your own records, or take it with you if you ever change software.
The self-check builds the live export in memory and tests it against the FHIR bundle rules: id format and length, unique absolute entry URLs, resolution of every internal reference, no empty values, and the required elements per resource type. Nothing is downloaded or sent anywhere.
A defensive configuration review — it checks settings, it does not attack anything. This is internal hygiene and is not a substitute for the independent penetration test.
Every opening of a patient file and every visit report is recorded here with name and time. Required for the audit of a certified system, and useful in its own right.
Every request to the AI — hand-over summary, referral letter draft, image analysis, image comparison, injection advisor, help assistant, assistant commands — is recorded here with user, patient, model and prompt version. AI output is decision support only; the physician remains responsible.

Signing requires the admin PIN. Sign with finger or stylus — the signature is stored with name, date and document version, and appears on the printed copy.

Signed on screen, the form is filed as a PDF under Documents and the consent is marked in the file. Printed blank, let the patient sign on paper and scan it back in with 📠 Scan old paper file.

Save files the signed prescription as a PDF under Documents. Print opens the print dialog, where "Save as PDF" is also available. WhatsApp and e-mail send the prescription as text — the signed PDF stays safely in the file.
